Kathmandu, Nepal : The government allies Nepali Congress (NC), CPN (Maoist Centre) and agitating Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) struck a three-point deal on Tuesday ensuring the participation of RJPN in the parliamentary election. 

 
Following the deal the RJPN is going to take part in the parliamentary voting today to elect the  NC president Sher Bahadur Deuba as the new prime minister.
 
According to the agreement, the constitution will be amended and  past agreement will be implemented.
