Kathmandu, Nepal: National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has formed a high level local elections monitoring team under the leadership of its Chairman Anup Raj Sharma with the aim to make the election monitoring work more effective and credible.
In the team, Chief Justice and NHRC former Chairman Kedarnath Upadhyaya, former Speaker Daman Nath Dhungana, former Election Commissioner Birendra Mishra, Professor Surya Dhungel and advocate Mira Dhungana are incorporated.
