Biratnagar, Nepal: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has revealed that a cabinet meeting scheduled for Sunday evening would pass the report of the Local Level Restructuring Commission (LLRC) by adding the number of local units in some Terai districts. 
 
 
Speaking at a convocation ceremony of Prubanchal University here on Sunday, Prime Minister Dahal also expressed his belief that agitating Madhes based parties would also participate in the elections once the number of the local level is added in Tarai districts.
 
 
The task force formed to revise the Local Bodies Restructuring Commission (LLRC) would submit its report by adding the number of local bodies in Tarai and to be held cabinet meeting will pass the report, Prime Minister Dahal said. 
 
 
The government had formed a taskforce under the leadership of Federal Affairs and Local Development Minister Hit Raj Pandey to revise on the LLRC report.  It was already revealed that the taskforce is preparing to add 22 village councils in the districts under the Province number 2.
 
  
As there is no alternative of elections to institutionalize the recent change by implementing the constitution, the scheduled election will not be postponed at any cost, Prime Minister Dahal said.
