Kathmandu, Nepal: Notwithstanding the dissatisfactions in different factions of his own party Nepali Congress, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is preparing to expand his cabinet today.

Prime Minister Deuba has intensified consultations from the early morning today to finalize the names of ministers by holding discussions in different levels.

It is said that Bal Bahadur KC, Ram Krishna Yadav, Rajendra Bahadu KC, Min Bishwakarma, Bir Bahadur Balayar, Arjun Joshi, Ambika Basnet, Bhimsen Das Pradhan and Mohan Bahadur Basnet are going to be appointed as the ministers from the Nepali Congress.

Though 10 ministerial positions are allocated to the Nepali congress, one more minister is not fixed yet, thanks to the differences among the Sarita Prasai and Kamala Panta.

It is said that Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel is trying his best to choose a name among the two contenders through the consensus.

Likewise, the CPN Maoist Center has decided to send Giraj Mani Pokharel, Mahendra Bahadur Shahi, Tek Bahadur Basnet, Shiva Kumar Mandal, Santa Kumar Tharu and Asha Khanal as the ministers in the incumbent Deuba led government. Likewise, the CN Maoist Center has recommended the names of Jakir Hussain, Ram Singh Yadav and Shambhu Shrestha as state ministers.
