Kathmandu,Nepal: Senior Neurosurgeon Dr Upendra Devkota, 63 has passed away while undergoing treatment at Neuro Hospital, Basbari on Monday. 

He was undergoing treatment at Neuro  Hospital in Bansbari after returning from London.
