Sindhupalchowk, Nepal, September 13, 2020: dead bodies of 11 missing persons have been recovered till Sunday evening while 20 others are still missing in the massive landslide occurred at Ghumthang village of Bahrabise Rural Municipality-7 in Sindhupalchowk on Saturday night.
The identities of the dead persons have been established as Shukra Lal BK, 24, Sandesh BK, 8, Bhakti Maya Shrestha, 63, Tyakshe Sherpa, 98, Gyani Maya Pradhan, 42, Junu BK, 23, Sarswati BK, 5, Hira Maya Newar, 42, Karna Bahadur Shrestha, 25, Sarkini Newar, 60 and Dhan Lal BK.
Though a joint team of Nepal Army, Nepal Police and Armed Police Force (APF) has intensified search operation in the support of local volunteers, whereabouts of the 20 missing persons are not identified yet, police said.
