Kathmandu, Nepal, May 30, 2023: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a case against Shashi Bhushan Kumar Yadav, a senior inspector working at the Nepal Bureau of Standards and Metrology, Birgunj on Monday.
The CIAA filed the charge sheet at the Special Court, Kathmandu, accusing Yadav for amassing wealth illegally misusing his power and authority.
In the charge sheet, the CIAA has mentioned that Yadav, who has been in public service from May 21, 1989 to 2023, illegally acquired more than Rs 40.47 million by misusing his power and authority.
