Kathmandu, Nepal, October 8, 2020: Co-chairs duos of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal and KP Sharma Oli have tentatively agreed to fulfill the vacant three ministerial positions before change around the cabinet.
Though the dialogue held between the chairmen duo at Prime Minister‘s official resident, Baluwatar concentrated to reshuffle the cabinet, no agreement is made yet over the mane to be included ministers, said a source close to the party.
Executive Chairman Dahal has stand in favor of changing entire ministers to give chance to the new one while Prime Minister Oli is insisting to change just few ministers. As the chairs duo differed over the issue, three ministers would be fixed soon to fulfill the vacant ministerial positions before reshuffling the cabinet, claims the source.
It is said that chairs duo have agreed to appoint Bishnu Poudel, who is General Secretary of the party, in the post of Finance Ministers. However, the decision is yet to come officially.
