KATHMANDU, Oct 22: CPN (Maoist Center) has mandated its Chairman and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal to decide on the impeachment motion filed at Parliament against suspended Chief of Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority Lokman Singh Karki from party behalf.
A meeting held at Dahal residence in Lajimpat on Saturday took a decision to this effect, finding it necessary to coordinate with various parties on the issue, said Maoist Centre Spokesperson Pampha Bhusal, adding that the meeting held discussion about consulting other political parties seeking support on the impeachment motion.
The meeting also dwelt on the matters of current political development after the filing of impeachment motion and its waves, she added. RSS
