Kathmandu, Nepal: Nepali Congress’s youth leadr Gagan Kumar Thapa won the elections for the House of Representatives from Kathmandu constituency 4.
Thapa secured 21,558 votes, while his closest contender CPN-UML’s Rajan Bhattarai secured just 18,140 votes. The margin between Thapa and Bhattrai is with 3,418 votes.
In the meantime, Bibeksheel Sajha Party’s candidate Subuna Basnet is placed in third position with 3,040 votes.
