Kathmandu, Nepal: Janisha Bhattarai became the first candidate to file nomination for the post of mayor in Kathmandu Metropolitan city in the local level elections scheduled for May 14.
She filed her candidacy as the independent candidate for the top post of the Kathmandu metropolitan city. She had moved to the Returning Officers at the City Hall in Kathmandu t file candidacy with her supporters.
Likewise, Kishore Thapa and deputy-mayor candidate Nirupama Yadav have filed their candidacies from the Sajha Party.
Likewise, Bibeksheel Nepali's candidate Ranju Darshana has also filed her candidacy for the port of Mayor.
