Kathmandu, Nepal, January 12, 2020: Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) and the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce (FICC) signed in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) amid a function with the aim of establishing trade and investment relations between the two countries. 

The MoU was signed on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Israel through the virtual meeting on Monday. 

In the meeting, Nepali Ambassador to Israel Dr. Anjan Shakya and Israeli Ambassador to Nepal Hanan Goder Goldberg and office-bearers of both NCC and FICC were present. NCC Senior Vice President Rajendra Malla and Vice President of FICC Amir Shani signed in the MoU.

It is said that the MoU would pave the ways to attract investment from Israel to Nepal, promote bilateral trade and exchange of business visits between the two countries.
