Kathmandu, Nepal: Nepali Congress General Secretary Sasanka Koirala has said that he is in favour of constitution amendment only after elections.
Three tiers of elections should be held prior to the amendment of the constitution, General Secretary koirala said at a press conference in Bhaktapur on Monday.
