Kathmandu, Nepal: The term of Ram Chandra Jha, the former leader of the CPN UML, has formally ended in the Naya Shakti Party Nepal (NSPN).
 
The NSPN, the newly formed party under the leadership of former Maoist leader Baburam Bhattrai, has expelled Jha by issuing a letter of termination in the name of Jha.
 
According to the letter sent to Jha, NSPN has said that it has stripped him of all his duties and responsibilities for his recent anti-party activities.
 
 The NSPN has relived Jha in the mean time when almost all the leaders have left the party expressing dissatisfactions over the party’s policy. 
 
‘You have been relieved of the party duties and responsibilities as a federal council member as well as a general member of the party,’ states the letter sent to Jha.
 
The NSPN has alleged Jha for involving in the anti party activities but not specified that what was the mistaken he had committed. 
 
Before joining in the NSPN, he had joined in the CPN (Maoist Center) by detaching the relations with the mother party CPN UML. Jha has now joined in the CPN (Maoist Center). However, there was also a speculations that he would return back again in the CPN UML.
