Kathmandu, Nepal: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba urged the Madeshi people to vote to the Nepali Congress to ammend the constitution on favour of them.
Addressing program organized in Janakpur on Wednesday Prime Minister Deuba said Nepali Congress should win the Election to fulfill the aspirations of the Madhesi people.
