Kathmandu, Nepal, July 14, 2023: Visiting US Assistant Secretary of State Donald Loo and Nepali Congress President Deuba hold discussions on Friday.
In the meeting held at Nepali Congress president Deuba's residence in Dhumbarahi, discussions were held on strengthening the mutual relations between Nepal and America.
"It’s my pleasure to have a fruitful meeting with US Assistant Secretary of State Donald Lu," Deuba said in a tweet after the meeting."
Lu, who oversees Central and South Asia affairs of the US State Department, arrived in Nepal on Friday during his visit to South Asia.
Lu, who is on a one-day visit to Nepal, is scheduled to hold a courtesy meeting with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Foreign Minister NP Saud.
