Kathmandu, Nepal: Vote counting in four metropolitan cities- Kathmandu, Pokhara Lekhnath, Bharatpur and Lalitpur has begun. Likewise, vote counting at Hetauda sub-metropolitan city has also begun from Monday afternoon.
All party meeting of the respective metropolitan cities have decided to start the vote counting by settling the differences seen over the issue.
Likewise, vote counting in Lalitpur sub-metropolitan city was already begun. Nepali Congress has been leading in the Lalitpur sub metropolitan city.
Nepali Congress has won the local level elections from Ward-1 of Lalitpur Metropolitan City. NC Ward chairperson candidate and three ward member candidates representing Nepali Congress have gained success in the local level election. One ward member under the woman category has been elected from the Baburam Bhattrai led Naya Shakti Nepal Party.
