Kathmandu, Nepal :  The voting process to elect the new prime minister has been affected after the main opposition CPN-UML warned of obstructing the Legislature-Parliament in the nameof  protesting the Election Commission (EC)’s decision to conduct re-election in Ward-19 of Bharatpur Metropolitan City.

 
The House meeting summoned for 11 am on Sunday was put off for 3 pm after the CPN-UML dif not accept to let function the parliament.
