Imphal, May 8 : A bomb was blasted in front of Assam Rifles gate at Sanjeevani near PDA office north AOC in Imphal today evening.
According to the reports, the blast occurred at around 6-40 pm near the Manipur Tourism department office.
One jawan was injured in the blast and he has been identified as Rfn/GD N.Prem Singh of 23 bn.AR Tamenglong.
The injured person was rushed to nearest hospital.
Top police and army officials had rushed to the area.
