Kathmandu, Nepal, March 2, 2020: District Administration Office (DAO) Kathmandu has on Monday allowed the police to keep Ratan Tiruwa in custody for seven days for further investigation.
Responding to the appeal made by the Metropolitan Police Range Kathmandu, the DAO Kathmandu permitted to keep him in custody for seven days for further investigation.
Twenty year old Tiruwa from Jumla district was arrested shortly after he hurled a shoe towards the chairperson of the ruling head Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal at a program held at City Hall in Kathmandu on Sunday.
