Palpa, Nepal: At least four persons killed and 19 injured in a road accident in Dovan Village Development Committee (VDC) of Palpa District on Monday night.
According to the police, an ill-fated Jeep with registration number Na. 1. Ja 2689 veered off the road at ward number 2 of the VDC. The jeep was carrying the persons of the wedding procession.
The deceased have been identified as Yem Bahadur Gaha Magar, 26, Tej Bahadur, 41, Bhim Bhadur Thapa,31 and Hari Prasad Rana,42 of the ward number 2 of the VDC.
The injured passengers are receiving treatment at different hospitals in Tansen. Among the injured, six persons have been reported as critical.
