Guwahati, April 18 : Assam’s BJP MP RP Sharma on Wednesday came out in support of Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Dev’s statements that the internet and satellites existed during the period of the fictional epic Mahabhharata.
The BJP MP thanks the Tripura CM to make it public and said that, in Mahabhharata era, Sanjay did work as television and he gave a detailed transcript description to King Dhritarashtra (who was blind) about the battle of Kurukshetra.
“Science was existed in our Vedas and the Tripura CM’s statement is absolutely correct,” the BJP MP said.
BJP MP from Assam’s Tezpur parliamentary constituency RP Sharma also said that, do not have any politics in rape cases.
“Those who commit heinous crimes like rape must be hanged or shot in public. Rapists are more dangerous than terrorism, cancer,” MP RP Sharma said.
