Guwahati : In a shocking incident has been reported in Assam’s Sonitpur district that, a man had brutally killed his mother and dumped the body in a well.
The incident was took place at Dah Parvatiya area in Tezpur town, where the man killed his widowed mother by slitting her throat and thrown the body in a well on Sunday night.
The man named Dhruva Bora attacked his mother Sarumai Bora by a billhook(Dao) and killed her.
On Monday morning, some local people had spotted the body in the well hidden under garbage and immediately informed local police.
Later police had recovered the beheaded body from the well.
Locals also beat up the killer and later police had arrested him and recovered the sharp weapon.
