Kathmandu, Nepal, March 21: The Nepal Army (NA) has expressed its serious concerns over the news related to the NA.
Issuing a press statement, the Nepal Army has said on Thursday that some handful media were spreading false news of the institution by quoting ‘confidential government sources.’
The NA is aware of fictitious comments and misleading information in the past few days, reads the statement.
In the statement, the Nepal Army has also stated that NA operates as per the constitution, Army Act and as per the government’s order, the NA has stated urging it soldiers not to be affected from ‘false news.’
