Kathmandu, Nepal: Suspended chef commissioner of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) Lokman Singh Karki presented ‘himself’ before the Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday via his attorney, Tej Bahadur Katawal,by responding to a summons issued by the SC on his qualification. 
 
Likewise, the SC has also decided to hear different five cases filed against Karki from December 2. 
 
A division bench of Justices Jagadish Sharma Paudel, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Ananda Mohan Bhattarai made the decision on Thursday while responding a writ petition filed by advocate Om Prakash Aryal.
 
Aryal, who had long being challenging Karki, had filed  two cases related to the qualification, more two others related to his obstruction and non-cooperation in serving the SC summons at his house and another related to the state facilities that he has been receiving even after his suspension.
