Jhapa, Nepal: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has been elected as a member of the federal parliament from Jhapa constituency number 5.
Oli has defeated defeating Nepali Congress candidate Khagendra Adhikari by 28842 votes. Oli has secured 57139 votes while Adhikari garnered just 28297 votes.
