Bajura, Nepal, June 12, 2023. An earthquake occurred on Monday morning with the epicenter at Bichhia in Bajura district.
According to the National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center, Lanchaur, an earthquake of magnitude 4.4 took place at 7:38 am after passing through Bichhia epicenter in Bajura.
Although there was no loss of property due to the earthquake, the local people were frightened. It is said that the tremors of the earthquake were also felt in Bajura district and surrounding areas.
