Kathmandu, Nepal, April 5, 2021: Singer Raju Lama and actor Diya Pun are going to climb the world's highest mountain, Mount Everest. Lama is leaving for Mt Everest on April 10 while Pun is leaving for on April 7.
Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Bahadur Ale bid farewell to singer Lama and actor Pun amid a function organized at the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation on Monday. During the function, Minister Ale handed over a national flag and a letter of best wishes with the commitment for necessary support from the government side.
Singer Lama and Actor Pun had said at the function that they are going to climb Mount Everest with the aim to spread the message of climate change and its impacting life. It is said that singer lama is also going to organize a musical program at Camp 2 to spread the message.
