Kathmandu, Nepal, December 1, 2020: Nepal’s coronavirus (COVID-19) infection tally has reached to 233,452 after 1,304 new cases recorded in the past 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 1,304 new cases were confirmed while conducting 8,583 Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests carried out at various labs across the country.
Likewise, 2,073 people, who were infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after recovery in the past 24 hours. With the addition, total recovery tally of the country has reached to 216,594.
Likewise, death toll due to the infection of coronavirus reached to 1,529 after 21 deaths related to the virus recorded in the past 24 hours.
