Kathmandu, Dhapasi – A Bal Sabha was successfully organized today in Dhapasi, Kathmandu, under the leadership of Mr. Chiranjivi Acharya. The program, attended by enthusiastic children and parents, was designed to cultivate good habits, moral discipline, and cultural values among the younger generation.

Teaching from Nilkantha Varni's Life

In his address, Mr. Acharya spoke on Nilkantha Charitra, narrating the extraordinary journey of Nilkantha Varni (young Bhagwan Swaminarayan) who, at a tender age, chose a life of spiritual pursuit, simplicity, and discipline. Through inspiring stories, he reminded children how Nilkantha Varni demonstrated honesty, respect, perseverance, and deep commitment to knowledge and devotion.

Mr. Acharya highlighted that these qualities are not only religious teachings but also universal virtues that prepare children to grow into responsible citizens. By practicing discipline and respect for elders, children can shape their personalities positively and contribute to a harmonious society.

Support for Education

In addition to moral guidance, the program also supported children academically. Educational materials, including notebooks and stationery, were distributed to all participants. This symbolic gesture reflected the vision that spiritual guidance and practical education must go hand in hand to prepare the future generation.

Impact on Children and Society

Events like the Bal Sabha are more than cultural gatherings—they play a vital role in character building. By teaching children how to lead a disciplined life inspired by spiritual ideals, such programs reduce negative tendencies, nurture leadership qualities, and instill responsibility towards family and community.

Parents attending the program expressed gratitude, noting that children today face increasing distractions from technology and social pressures. In this context, learning from Nilkantha Varni's discipline and values provides a strong foundation for balanced growth.

Furthermore, community members emphasized that regular initiatives of this kind help foster unity, respect, and compassion in society. When children are guided towards good habits early in life, the benefits extend beyond families to the entire community—ultimately creating a peaceful, value-driven, and progressive society.

A Step Towards a Value-Based Society

The Bal Sabha in Dhapasi thus stood as a reminder that education is not only about academics but also about moral and cultural enrichment. With leaders like Mr. Chiranjivi Acharya guiding children towards the ideals of Nilkantha Varni, society can look forward to a generation that is both knowledgeable and virtuous.

As the session concluded, the message was clear: nurturing children with values today ensures a stronger, more harmonious, and prosperous society tomorrow.
