Kathmandu, Nepal, November 29, 2020: Leading a 21-member Chinese delegate members, the State Councilor and Defense Minister of the People’s Republic of China, Wei Fenghe arrived in Nepal on Sunday.
Fenghe was offered the guard of honor by a contingent of the Nepal when he reached the army headquarters. Following the program, he also held talks with Chief of Army Staffs Purna Chandra Thapa.
He is also scheduled to pay courtesy calls on President Bidya Devi Bhandari, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. His sudden visit to Nepal is taken importantly in the political and diplomatic levels.
