Kathmandu, Nepal, March 5, 2021: coronavirus infection tally of the country has advanced to 274,608 after 120 new cases reported in the past 24 hours on Friday. Of the total newly infected cases, 51 were females while 69 were males.
Likewise, 83 people, who were earlier infected with the virus, have been discharged in the past 24 hours. With the addition, total recovery tally of the country has advanced to 270,766.
There are currently 832 active cases across the country. Of them only 58 individuals are staying in various quarantine facilities across Nepal.
Meanwhile, the death toll due to the infection of coronavirus advanced to 3,010 though no deaths were reported in the past 24 hours.
