Arghakhanchi, Nepal, November 27, 2019: Death toll of the Arghakhanchi bus accident has climbed to 19. It is likely that the death toll would increase again as many passengers have reported as critical in condition.
The local authority has confirmed the death toll of 20 passengers. The detail identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained.
Among the injured 11 passengers have been rushed to Butwal while remain are rushed to district hospital at Sandhikharka.
The ill-fated bus with registration number Lu 2 Kha 2148, which was bound for Butwal from Sandhikharka plunged about 400 meters down the road and plunged into a gorge of local rivulet at Narpani on Wednesday afternoon.
