Kathmandu, Nepal, July 11, 2021: The Election Commission of Nepal has rejected the application registered demanding revoke the registration of the CPN (Maoist Center).
The Election Commission has made the decision to cancel the application stating that the demand to revoke the registration of the CPN (Maoist Center) does not follow the due procedures.
Some former CPN (Maoist Center) including Ram Bahadur Thapa, who had already expelled from the party after they joined in the ruling CPN UML, had registered an application at the election commission demanding revoke the registration of the Maoist Center.
