Pokhara, Nepal, November 23, 2019: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has claimed that India would have unveiled the new political map placing Nepali territories inside Indian borders in Kalapani region of Darchula district after receiving consent from Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
Addressing an election campaign at Pokhara on Saturday, Deuba, who is also the leader of the main opposition party, also labeled the Prime Minister Oli of fake nationalist. The so-called nationalism of Oli has now exposed with the political map published by the India, Deuba said.
India can’t publish such a political map without prior consent of Prime Minister Oli, Deuba claimed. NC president Deuba, who is also the fourth time Prime Minister of the country, labeled a serious blame to the Prime Minister Oli in the mean time when there is also a public outrage against of the government’s apathy towards the issue of border encroachment.
As the government has failed even to publish its political map to give counter to the controversial political map published by the India, the people in general have also been raising questions marks over the motive and intention of the government.
The so-called nationalism of Prime Minister Oli has now exposed as he has failed to prove as a patriotic leader by protecting the Nepali territory, Deuba said.
During the function, Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel, General Secretary Dr. Sashanka Koirala, Dr. Ram Sharan Mahat, Gagan Thapa and many others also highlighted the need to vote the Nepali Congress in the upcoming by-election.
