Kathmandu, Nepal, August 12, 2025: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is likely to pay an official visit to India from September 16. It is also said that the state visit would remain in two days.
According to a source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) both the sides have tentatively agreed upon about the date of the Prime Minister Oli to neighboring India. However, exact date to visit to India is yet to be revealed officially.
The sources at the MoFA also added that the officials of both the neighboring countries have been engaging in setting the agendas for the discussion.
A wide range of issues, such as trade, tourism, information technology, connectivity, hydropower and border related issues will be discussed during the visit, the source added requesting anonymity.
