Kathmandu, Nepal: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has urged the House Speaker Devraj Ghimire to take extra initiation to resume meeting of the long being obstructed federal parliament.
During a meeting between Prime Minister Dahal and Speaker Ghimire held at the official residence of the Prime Minister in Baluwatar, PM Dahal said “I will play a role in resuming parliament and you should also do your bit.
Prime Minister Dahal also underlined the need of consensus among the parties to resume the obstructed parliament.
The main opposition CPN-UML has been obstructing parliament since July 26 demanding the formation of a high level committee to investigate the recent gold scam.
