Kathmandu, Nepal: a man has been arrested with 15 kg illegal gold from Balaju area of Kathmandu on Saturday morning.
A team mobilized from Metropolitan Police Circle (MPC)arrested Rabindra Bhujel of Bhaktapur with illegal gold. According to the MPC the arrested Bhujel was the driver of a Tata Sumo, jeep with registration number Na 1 Jha 4964.
Though Police became success to arrest the driver with illegal gold, the smuggler have yet to be identified. Police have said that they have been searching for more persons involved in the gold smuggling.
It is said that the illegal gold would have entered in Nepal from the Kerung custom point, a border point between Nepal and neighboring China
