Kathmandu, Nepal: Supreme Court (SC) the apex court of the country paved the way to resume service to the suspended Chief Justice (CJ) Sushila Karki by issuing a stay order on the impeachment motion filed against Karki.
A single bench of Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana ordered the parliament not to proceed forward the impeachment motion until further order come to thiseffect .
