Kathmandu, Nepal: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), the anti graft constitutional body of the country, has filed a corruption case against former Additional Inspector General (AIG) of Armed Police Force (APF), Rishav Dev Bhattarai by taking into custody on a corruption case on Tuesday.
 
The CIAA moved to the Special Court (SC) claiming that Bhattarai earned Rs 10.91 million without any legal sources. With the case, the CIAA has also demanded fine and prison sentence under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059.
 
Bhattarai is the Central Council member of the Naya Shakti Nepal, the party formed by the former Prime Minister and Maoist leader Dr. Baburam Bhattrai.
