Kathmandu, Nepal, October 8, 2020: Coronavirus infection tally of the country has reached to 243,377after 1,382 new cases recorded in the past 24 hours. O f them, 836 were males while 546 were females.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1,621 people, who were infected earlier with the virus, have been discharged after recovery in the past 24 hours. With the addition, total recovery tally of the country has reached to 229,054.
Likewise, death toll due to the infection of coronavirus has reached to 1637 after 23 fatalities related to the virus recorded in the past 24 hours.
