Biratnagar, Nepal: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar has been elected as the member of the federal parliament with the slim vote margin of 321.
Gachchhadar emerged victorious securing 38972 votes while his rival contender Bhagawati Chaudhary garnered 38651 votes.
