Udayapur, Nepal: at least two persons killed and six others critically injured when a passenger jeep met with an accident at Gahunbari of Hardeni VDC-3 along the Siddhicharan Lokmarga in Udayapur district on Friday evening.
The ill-fated Bolero jeep with registration number Sa 1 Ja 409 en route to Gahunbari from Katari had plunged some 300 metres down the road.
The deceased has been identified as Tanka Bahadur Basnet, 34 and Bhim Kumari Raut 32 of Hardeni-1.
Likewise, the injured passengers have been identified as Bishnu Bahadur Raut, 38, Bhesh Raj Raut, 30, Bimal Basnet, 14, Nil Bahadur Karki, 40, Resham Kumar Karki, 46 and Alina Shrestha, 17.
