Guwahati : A former Chief Executive Member (CEM) of North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC) and BJP leader Prakanta Warisa, who along with four other leaders had recently joined Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) alleged that the saffron party has ruled as a dictor in the hills district.
 
'BJP ruling the council as a dictor, while the saffron party came to power because of our efforts. Now lots of corruption has been emerged in the BJP ruled council. We have submitted the corruption related allegations to the state BJP for many occations, but no action being taken so far. There have no place for us in the party floor, ' Prakanta Warisa said.
 
The saffron party has faced another set back after Warisa and other top leaders had left the party and joined AGP.
 
Warisa and other leaders of BJP and Congress on Friday eveing had joined the regional party in Guwahati in presence of AGP president and Assam agriculture minister Atul Bora.
 
Apart from Prakanta Warisa, Laltlansang Hmar, Laljoshua Biate, Khawvelthang Hmar and Bijayendra Chenuyeng had joined the regional party.
