Kathmandu, Nepal: The government has failed to reach on conclusion to register the constitution amendment proposal in the parliament on Sunday.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers was called on Sunday afternoon at Office of the Prime Minister and Council of ministers to discuss about the constitution amendment proposal, but ended without any conclusion.
It was believed that constitution amendment proposal would be registered in the parliament by today. It is said that the meeting didn’t discuss the amendment proposal.
