Guwahati : Continuing its killing spree in Kaziranga National Park (KNP) poachers killed another one horned rhinoceros in the world heritage site.
On Wednesday morning, forest guards had found a bullet injuries body of a male rhino inside the park.
An official of the national park said that sound of bullet firing was heared last night between the Deochur and Tunikati camp under Burhapahar forest range under the park.
Meanwhile Assam forest minister Pramila Rani Brahma had ordered the forest officials to take stern action agaisnt poachers and take appropriate measures to protect wild animals across the state.
On Tuesday the Special Task Force (STF) had arrested a forest official and four poachers who involved in rhino poaching incidents.
