Pokhara, Nepal: The selling of chicken meat largely downed in and around Kaski district after a fresh strain of birdflu detected in Pokhara.
According to the local authority birdflu virus was detected at Khaltemasini of Pokhara of sub metropolitan city while testing ducks and chickens of local Maya Paruyar.
Following the detection of the birdflu the local administration has declared the area as the birdflu affected area.
It is said that Maha had complained the local authority after her half dozens chickens nad ducks had died.
