Kathmandu, Nepal: Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), the only international airport in Nepal remained closed about one hour on Wednesday after a dead bat was spotted on the runway.
The airport was closed from 8:25 am to 9:30 am Wednesday. As pieces of glass were also spotted on the runway, some flights were diverted and put on hold for a while.
