Kathmandu, Nepal: Bhim Bahadur Rawal, vice-chairman of the main opposition CPN UML, has alleged that the constitution amendment proposal was designed in India.
 
Terming the constitution amendment proposal as anti-national, Rawal, who is also the former Deputy Prime Minister, also claimed that to be tabled constitution amendment proposal is not in the favor of Nepal and Nepalese.
 
Speaking at interaction at Reporters’ Club in Kathmandu on Sunday, he also alleged the Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal of following the foot step of Lhendup Dorjee, who merged Sikkim with India. 
 
All the patriotic Nepalese should protest it, Rawal said adding that his party would not allow to passage the constitution amendment bill in the parliament.
