Kathmandu, Nepal :An all parties meeting held at the official resident of prime Minister on Thursday failed to reach on the conclusion after leftist allies turned down the proposal floated by the Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.

Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba proposed to appoint the provincial chief and federal state but the UML denied to accept the proposal, a leader, who attended the meeting, said.

With the denial of the UML the government would move forward with its own decision. It is said that CPN Maoist Centre chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal neither accepted the UML's proposal nor supported to the government.
